Boosting Employer Branding at Politiezone Antwerp with Social Media
To make careers at Politiezone Antwerp more visible and appealing to the right audience, Adshot and PZ Antwerpen partnered with Shauni Van Impe for a unique employer branding campaign on Instagram.
Instead of relying on traditional recruitment methods, we wanted to connect with people in a more authentic and relatable way—through social media.
Shauni shared two Instagram Reels, offering her audience a fresh, real look at what it’s like to work at PZ Antwerpen.
The results were outstanding! The campaign generated 406,000 organic views—a huge leap from the usual 34,000. Engagement was also significantly higher, with viewers watching an average of 11 seconds per Reel, which is 7 seconds longer than the platform’s average. More importantly, people took action, clicking through to job listings more than ever before. In total, the campaign drove 10,200 website visits, proving the power of influencer marketing in recruitment.
By reaching people where they already spend time—on Instagram and TikTok—and collaborating with a trusted creator like Shauni, we didn’t just increase awareness. We sparked genuine interest, engagement, and action.
